Simpson’s Bar

On the first floor, our traditional cocktail bar is a hub for gathering before and after meals at the Grand Divan and Romano’s. Cosy, stylish, and steeped in the design and attitude of the Art Deco period, its cocktails are inspired by the finest British gins, vodkas, whiskies, and sparkling wines. For those who intend to finish the evening properly, an extensive selection of rare and small-batch cognacs, Armagnacs, calvados, and malt whiskies make for some difficult choices.
